The programme is open to players aged 7 to 11 who meet the criteria above. Selection is deliberately limited to maintain high standards and ensure every player receives quality attention and opportunity.

How the Programme Works

Four stages take a player from trial to competitive representative football.

Talent Identification & Trials

We run regular, transparent trials across key locations. Trials are designed to assess players in realistic match environments, focusing on decision-making, technical skill, physical attributes, and character. Successful players are selected into our representative squads.

Squad Training

Selected players join structured training sessions led by highly experienced UEFA level coaches. Special emphasis on:

Competitive Fixtures

The core of the programme is competitive match play. Our squads regularly compete against other district representative teams, academy development sides, and selected elite grassroots and independent teams fixtures that provide valuable experience in high-pressure environments and increased visibility to scouts and academy coaches.

Our detailed video analysis provides players and parents with a clear, objective view of performance that goes beyond pitch-side observation.
