Next Pro Elites is a private football development academy providing structured football coaching and player development programmes.
When you register your child for our coaching programme, you are entering into an agreement with Next Pro Elites to provide football coaching and related services in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
By completing registration and accepting these Terms & Conditions, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to them on behalf of the player.
At Next Pro Elites, we focus on every player as an individual.
Our aim is to provide a safe, positive and supportive environment where players can develop their football ability, confidence and understanding of the game. We encourage players to be creative, take appropriate risks, learn from mistakes and develop at their own pace.
We are committed to creating an environment where every player and parent/guardian feels welcomed, respected and part of the Next Pro Elites community.
The content, branding, design and materials used by Next Pro Elites are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. They may not be reproduced, copied or distributed without prior written permission.
Information published by Next Pro Elites may be updated or amended from time to time without notice.
While we aim to ensure that all information provided through our website, social media channels, promotional materials and other communications is accurate and up to date, information is provided for general guidance and may be subject to change.
Next Pro Elites reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw or replace any coaching programme, service, venue, timetable or promotional offer where reasonably necessary.

Where applicable, an initial registration, assessment, trial or player-profile fee may apply when joining a Next Pro Elites programme.

Where a monthly subscription applies, the subscription fee will be communicated to you at the time of registration.
All applicable prices will be clearly communicated before payment is taken.
Where a recurring payment arrangement is used, you authorise Next Pro Elites, or its appointed payment provider, to collect the agreed subscription payments from your nominated payment method.
Subscription fees secure the player’s place within the relevant programme and are payable regardless of whether the player attends an individual scheduled session, unless otherwise stated in these Terms & Conditions.
Booked coaching sessions remain payable if a player is unable to attend.
Fees will generally not be refunded or credited because of a player’s absence, including absence due to holidays, illness or other personal circumstances, unless Next Pro Elites agrees otherwise.
If a session cannot safely take place because of severe weather, venue issues, health and safety concerns or circumstances outside our reasonable control, Next Pro Elites may cancel, postpone or relocate the session.
Where appropriate, we will communicate any alternative arrangements as soon as reasonably possible.
Next Pro Elites reserves the right to change its fees from time to time.
Where a change affects an existing subscription, reasonable notice will be provided before the new price takes effect.
Payments may be processed using third-party payment providers.
Where applicable, these providers process payments in accordance with their own terms, conditions and privacy policies.
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that their payment details remain accurate and up to date.
If a payment fails, we may contact you to request updated payment details.
Where outstanding payments remain unpaid, Next Pro Elites reserves the right to suspend the player’s participation until the account has been brought up to date.
Our coaching programmes are designed to provide players with regular football development opportunities.

Session duration, frequency and programme content will depend on the specific programme and venue selected at registration.
Our coaches will aim to provide coaching that is appropriate to the player’s age, ability and stage of development.
All players, parents and guardians attending Next Pro Elites sessions are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately.
Players and parents/guardians must:
Next Pro Elites reserves the right to take appropriate action where a player or parent/guardian repeatedly breaches our Code of Conduct.
Serious or persistent misconduct may result in suspension or termination of participation.
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that players arrive on time and are registered in accordance with the procedures communicated by Next Pro Elites.
Unless otherwise communicated by Next Pro Elites, parents/guardians should remain responsible for their child before and after the session and should ensure that the child is collected promptly at the end of the session.
Parents/guardians must follow any safeguarding, health and safety or venue-specific instructions provided by Next Pro Elites.
Parents/guardians must inform Next Pro Elites of any medical condition, allergy, injury, medication, disability, additional need or other relevant requirement that could affect the player’s participation.
This information should be provided during registration and kept up to date through any player profile or registration system used by Next Pro Elites.

It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure that this information remains accurate and up to date.
Parents/guardians should also inform the relevant coach of important medical information before the player’s first session and whenever circumstances change.
By registering a player, the parent/guardian confirms that, to the best of their knowledge, the player is medically and physically able to participate in the relevant football activities.
Football is a physical sport and carries inherent risks, including the risk of accidental injury.
Players must follow reasonable safety instructions given by Next Pro Elites coaches.
Next Pro Elites will take reasonable steps to provide a safe coaching environment but cannot eliminate all risks associated with participation in football.
Where a player requires first aid during a Next Pro Elites session, appropriately trained staff may provide first aid within the scope of their training.
By registering a player, the parent/guardian authorises Next Pro Elites staff to provide reasonable first aid where they consider it necessary.
Where an emergency arises, Next Pro Elites may contact the emergency services and the player’s parent/guardian or emergency contact.
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that emergency contact information is accurate and up to date.
Where a subscription arrangement applies, cancellation must be made in accordance with the cancellation terms communicated at registration.
Unless otherwise stated, a minimum of 30 days’ notice may be required to cancel an ongoing subscription.
During any applicable notice period, the player may continue to attend scheduled sessions, subject to the account remaining up to date.
Any outstanding balance due during the notice period must be paid.
Once a place has been cancelled, re-registration is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Next Pro Elites may charge an administration or reactivation fee where applicable.
Next Pro Elites may cancel or suspend a session, programme or player’s participation where circumstances make this necessary.

Next Pro Elites will take reasonable steps to provide its coaching services safely and professionally.
However, participation in football involves inherent risks, including accidental collisions, falls and other injuries.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to applicable law, Next Pro Elites will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Next Pro Elites may take photographs and/or video footage during coaching sessions, events and activities for legitimate promotional, educational and marketing purposes.

Any promotional offer operated by Next Pro Elites will be subject to the specific terms communicated alongside that offer.

A player’s place within a Next Pro Elites programme is conditional upon compliance with these Terms & Conditions, the relevant Code of Conduct and any applicable venue rules.
Next Pro Elites reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player’s participation where there is a serious or repeated breach of these requirements.
Next Pro Elites reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
